Recently, I came across an error while trying to perform an iOS update on a new iPhone 11 Pro while using MacOS Mojave and Configurator 2. Fix For Apple Configurator 2 Personalization Failed 4027 Error
- Close Apple Configurator 2
- Open Terminal
- Run
defaults write -g CustomerUI -bool YES
- I’m not sure if this step is necessary, but I ran it with sudo just to make sure it took
sudo defaults write -g CustomerUI -bool YES
and enter your administrator password
- Restart the Mac
- Re-try the function you were trying in Apple Configurator 2
