For remote access to your computer, I use a program called TeamViewer. For quick, one-time support, you can download and run the TeamViewer QuickSupport app by clicking here. Otherwise, to install an always-on version that will allow me to do remote support at any time, please follow the instructions below.
To download the installable version, please click here and save it to your computer.
After you’ve downloaded TeamViewer, run the exe file you downloaded or click on Run in Internet Explorer after the download has completed.
Follow the steps for installation. When prompted, select that your install is for Personal Use.
When the installation has finished, you’ll see a screen like the one above. At this point, send me Your ID # and your Password from the screen and I’ll be able to remotely connect to your computer.
