How To Speed Up HTTPS Sites In Windows 10 Internet Explorer

timthumbMany sites use HTTPS to encrypt information between the client (you) and the website’s server. Think about your bank websites, online stores, social media sites, etc. Almost any site that requires you to login or provide private personal information will encrypt it using HTTPS. Internet Explorer 11 in Windows 10 adds support for an encryption protocol called TLS 1.2. This has been around for a few years now, but unfortunately a lot of sites don’t support it yet. When your browser tries to access an HTTPS page, it will usually try for the highest encryption first, and unfortunately for you, this process could slow down the time it takes to open the website.
