Today, Facebook has announced video features coming to Instagram, similar to Twitter’s Vine app. A user can take videos up to 15 seconds with your choice of 13 video filters. Instagram version 4 is available in the iOS App Store right now. The update in the Google Play Store should be available later today. There’s no mention of Windows Phone or Blackberry support.

They’ve also introduced Cinema Stabilization, which is meant to cancel out the shakiness of videos.

To take your video, you hold down the shutter button for the duration of your video, then release it to be brought to your end product.
